Celtic began their Champions League campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Feyenoord. It was a night to forget for the nine-man visitors as Joe Hart was beaten too easily by Calvin Stengs' first-half free-kick. Gustaf Lagerbielke was sent off, but Hart made amends by saving Igor Paixao's penalty. Odin Holm was later shown his marching orders before Alireza Jahanbakhsh then doubled the home side's lead.
