Open Mic Production usher a new version for the smash hit Lazaro this time performed by music trio Muungu Africa. The new release retain's Busiswa verse as it was on the original song and a new verse from Nigerian star Niniola. Lazaro was listed on Muugu Africa's 2018 album Show Love.
The original of the song was composed and released in Zimbabwe by Lynol sewela a member of Muungu Africa. The song was later remixed by various artists in and out of South Africa.
