The lead didn't last long, with Neymar curling in a wonderfullly-hit free kick to equalise within a minute or so, but that triggered the introduction of Messi.
The Argentine had been left out after the birth of his second child, but hadn't lost any of his sharpness as he trapped Luis Suarez's pass and deftly lifted it over the onrushing Jan Oblak.
