Ciara just released the energetic music video for her latest single "Dose" on Thursday (Oct. 26). CiCi also appeared on The Ellen Show this week to promote the record and her touring with Bruno Mars. Backed by dancers and a band, Ciara delivered a thrilling dance performance of "Dose" and "Level Up."
