Super Eagles star, Alex Iwobi has opened up after the Nigerian team played a 1-1 draw with Zimbabwe on Sunday. Iwobi insisted that Super Eagles players flew four hours for the Zimbabwe tie, which he said was a lot for Jose Peseiro's men.
Coach Jose Peseiro and his team are expected to spend the night in Nigeria and then fly to Abidjan, the capital city of the host country, Ivory Coast on January 10.
"He wanted to fly in and out for Nigeria's games and not live in the country, similar to what Berti Vogts did when he was in charge of the Eagles in 2008," the official further disclosed.
