49-year-old popular American actress and producer, Julia Fiona Roberts, who became a Hollywood star after headlining the romantic comedy 'Pretty Woman', for a record fifth time, has been named the Most Beautiful Woman in the World.

She won the competition twice, in 1991 and 1999, as well as picking up Olympic gold medals in 1996 and 2004.
