The 21 freed Chibok Girls said on Sunday in Abuja that for "one month and 10 days'' of their abduction by the Boko Haram insurgents, they stayed without food in the bush.
He said "soldiers have been pursuing the insurgents, although they receive information that the Boko Haram insurgents had passed some areas, but the communities in the areas said they did not spot the girls along with the insurgents."
The sad incident which happened on Saturday was the third time the insurgents would be attacking the village. The first attack claimed 19 lives; while second attack left 33 people dead.
