Manchester United on Friday confirmed that the club has retained Mason Greenwood despite the player's suspension while also announcing the departure of seven players.
"We have Neymar, Mbappe, Greenwood, and other young players that can hopefully reach the highs of Ronaldo and Messi, as unbelievable as that may seem."
Greenwood was caught on camera kicking about at a public sports centre and was put through his paces by a private coach. In the images published by The Sun, Greenwood was not wearing any United gear and was training away from Carrington.
