Award-winning Nigerian superstar, Wizkid, has won the award for the Best African Act in this year's edition of the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA) Wizkid beat the likes of Tems, Diamond Platnumz, Amaarae, and Focalistic in the tightly-contested category. MTV

The two-hour "2020 MTV EMAs" will air globally on MTV in 180 countries and territories on Sunday, November 8, 2020.

The 2020 FIFA awards will be held in Zurich, Switzerland on Thursday 17 December. The awards will be stream-live on FIFA's official website from 19:00 CET.
