Rule of engagement

The soldier maintained that to shoot at them was against the rule of engagement. A naval official barked: "This is the Navy, if you have orders from anywhere, call them and tell them that the Nigerian Navy said it is a restricted zone.

In all of these provocations, we remained committed to the principles of the Rule of Law, good conscience and democracy so that we can continue to be the moral compass for leaders in the public space.
