Akpe the return of the beast

The Commissioner for Tourism, Mr Peter Mwankon, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Jos that the prime beast was named after Gov. Simon Lalong in appreciation of his commitment to the tourism sub-sector of the state's economy.

Perhaps the most odious trait of Nigerian lawmakers is in the area of oversight, where the beast in them is often unleashed.
