American rapper, Quavo from HipHop band, Migos took to his Instagram page to reveal the artistes he featured on his upcoming album and interestingly, Nigerian singer, Davido is among the artistes on list.

Recall that Davido released his fifth studio album, 5ive, on April 18th, 2025, through his label, Davido Music Worldwide DMW. Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has commended singer, Davido over his new album, 5ive.
"If I were to do a collab project or collab album with anyone from the states, it will definitely be Chris," Davido said. "Me and Chris got like 10 songs people haven't heard. We've definitely talked about doing an album."

He had advised Davido to quit music and chase tailoring as he claimed that the album was wack. Radiogad took to his page to claim that Davido had threatened him and his family.
Tekno had taken to the microblogging platform, Twitter, to subtly threaten Davido against being sidelined on his upcoming album. "@davido if the new album come out and I no dey inside? don't talk to me again ??♀️," he wrote.
