Nigerian student wrongfully arrested for drug peddling in Saudi Arabia, freed and returns home

Ibahin Ibrahim, a Nigerian student who was wrongly locked up in a Saudi prison for years has finally been released and is now back home in Zamfara, Nigeria.

The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) made this known via a tweet on its official twitter account.

Good news.

Ibrahin Ibrahim who was locked up in Saudi prison for years for an offense he did not commit is now back home in Zamfara state.
Thanks to the intervention of @MBuhari, Gov Bello Matawalle, AGF Malami, our mission in Jeddah and NiDCOM Legal director, Barrister Bello who was in the delegation to Saudi Arabia

We welcome him home as he is being received by the Zamfara State Government.
