Superstar singer, Ayodeji 'Wizkid' Balogun bags two awards at the 2021 Net Honours event after winning in two different categories.
The singer whose album, Made In Lagos, made a wave in the entertainment industry upon release, wins the category of the 'Most Popular Male Musician' and also the 'Most Played Song' of the year at the Net Honours award.
"From Ojuelegba to the world! First a Grammy, then
NET Honours for Most Popular Male Musician. Take a minute to say congratulations to @wizkidayo! Winners are chosen based on verified data from over 8 million users on Netng, Neusroom, 234Star and Orin," the organizers wrote.
"This song put the biggest 'Smile' on our faces when we first saw the video. The NET Honours Class of 2021 award for 'Most Played Song - R&B' goes to @Wizkidayo and @hermusicofficial for "Smile".
