Entrepreneur and vlogger, Toke Makinwa has complained about how some staff preys on their employers after being treated in a decent manner.
Toke, who took to her Instagram page and is very concerned about the situation, cannot understand why some staff prefers to be treated poorly than righteously by their employers.
According to the businesswoman, "Sometimes being good to people really be exhausting. You treat your staff so decent yet they prey on you like they expect you to be trash to them that when you are good they take it for granted and take the piss.
She continued: "Maybe we should be selfish. After all, they say the wicked people live the longest."
