Usher's Hard II Love LP is only three weeks away, hitting retailers on Sept. 16 via RCA Records.
The entertainer is slowly rolling out records from the upcoming album, like last week's offering "Missing U." The Atlanta veteran liberates another new track off Hard II Love, premiering the Future-assisted "Rivals" on TIDAL.
