Horns announce the Fugees frontman's return, as the uptempo jam kicks off the promo for Carnival III. Flirtatious rhymes and boasts complete the Sasha Mari-assisted banger, in which an "Island Romeo" meets his "City Juliet."
Carnival III is the third installment in Clef's Carnival series, following 1997's The Carnival and 2007's Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs of an Immigrant.
