In the last 24-48 hours, I've listened to at least 20 #MyOgaAtTheTop songs. Lots of acts are hopping on the #MyOgaAtTheTop trend which stems from the viral video of the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Obafaiye Shem's interview on Channels TV. Majority of the songs sent in are... well... I wouldn't want to say one thing now and my Oga At The Top (you guys) will now say another thing. One of the songs that stuck out for me is from up & coming act, Big Nero. He gives the line a new twist in his own version. I like the fact that it could pass as a totally different song on its own, so when the #MyOgaAtTheTop buzz dies, the song could still have staying power. Listen to it and share to your friends also.
