Carabao Cup: Solskjaer singles out one Man Utd player after 3-0 win at Luton

Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has said he was satisfied with Dean Henderson's debut for the club in a 3-0 win over Luton Town in the Carabao Cup.

The Red Devils struggled to break down their hosts, before they were awarded a late penalty in the first half.

Juan Mata made it 1-0 from the spot, before Marcus Rashford climbed off the bench to double their advantage three minutes to the end.

Mason Greenwood netted the last goal of the game.

However, with United leading only 1-0, Henderson pulled off a strong one-handed save to keep Solskjaer's men in the lead.

"Some positives of course. We've got a keeper back there who does his job," Solksjaer said after the game.

On Henderson's late save, he added: "That is probably the job our keepers sometimes have to do, you have to make saves when needed and David [de Gea] has done that for years and Dean did that today."
