Super Eagles striker sacks agent who threatened to do 1 thing to him

Following the lingering transfer saga of Lille striker Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian youngster has reportedly fired his agent and appointed a new one.

Close sources alleged that the 21-year-old was furious with the said agent for allegedly trying to work out more bonuses for himself rather than the player.

Italian outlet Football Italia are reporting that the fired agent has vowed to drag the player to court.

The outlet also disclosed that Osimhen confirmed that it was on account of this issue that the striker turned down Napoli last week.

A new agent has however been sourced and the whole issue has been sorted out.

Radio Punto Nuovo also reported that Osimhen has joined the negotiations on Lille President Gerard Lopez's yacht off the coast of Sardinia.

Reports from Italy have it that Nigerian youngster the former Nigeria U17 goal-poacher has agreed personal terms with Serie A outfit Napoli and now ready to seal a deal that will see him play at the club until 2025.

It was gathered that Napoli are now working to complete last details with Lille and his agents then the deal will be finally completed.

GOAL are reporting that the Nigeria international has decided to team up with the Parthenopeans and the deal could be completed as early as Thursday.

The 21-year-old is expected to complete a staggering €81million move to the club as team manager Gennaro Gattuso is highly interest in him.

It is understood that the Super Eagles striker visited the club's training facilities alongside manager Gennaro Gattuso and president Aurelio De Laurentiis a fortnight ago.
