Excitement as 2 time Premier League winner returns to Chelsea training amid exit rumours

Two-time Premier League winner N'golo Kante has handed Chelsea a boost after returning training since he was excused for health concerns.

The French World Cup-winning midfielder joined the rest of his teammates at the Blues training complex as they continue their preparation towards 'Project Restart.

Football has been on break since the middle of March due to the outbreak of deadly coronavirus which has killed 400,000 across the world.

However, the EPL is scheduled to return to action on June 17 with Manchester City and Arsenal set to continue from where they stopped three months back.

Meanwhile, the former Leicester City midfielder partook in a number of training activities using various equipment.

Reports on Chelsea's official website reveals that the France international is back and better as they - with the hope of helping the club qualifying for Champions League at the end of the season.

He was also on target with a superb and smart finish during their session and his manager Frank Lampart would be delighted to have the full complement of his squad except for a few injuries.

Reports claim that Kante was excused from the in-house training game at Stamford Bridge last weekend, was part of the phase two contact sessions on Monday and Tuesday.
