Solskjaer gives stunning update on Man United's next game against Spurs which will make Mourinho angry

Manchester United gaffer Ole Solskjaer has confirmed his wards' readiness for their coming Premier League game against Tottenham which is next two weeks.

The Old Trafford landlords have been unbeaten in their last nine games before the Premier League was suspended because of coronavirus.

And now that football authorities have given the green light for games to resume, all the Premier League clubs are preparing to continue their suspended games.

United's last game before the season was suspended was in the Europa League where they defeated Austrian side LASK 5-0.

Solskjaer and his wards are aware of the importance of them finishing among the top four this season which is the mandate given to him.

"The first game is two weeks from today so we need to step up the training and get an edge to our game again.

"Everyone knows that we will have to be at our best, have to be focused.

We know it's a big game for everyone.

"We had Chelsea when we started the league this season so I'm confident that our players can go into the Tottenham game with that mentality of going there to play a very good game of football,'' Solskjaer told Man United website.

Last season, Manchester United failed to finish among the top four in the Premier League which forced them to be playing in Europa.
