Ronaldo's girlfriend Georgina was spotted in Power Ranger costume as they all posed in celebration of the twin's birthday.
Eva and Matteo were born to a surrogate mum, a secret that Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't yet revealed to the rest of the world.
It had earlier been reported that the 35-year-old was using a surrogate mother based in the West Coast of the United States to help him become a dad.
