Portugal top midfielder, Bruno Fernande has agreed on a €6million-per-year deal with Man United plus bonuses.
This was disclosed by respected transfer expert and sport journalist, Nicolo Schira, who works for Gazzetta dello Sport.
Schira made this known on Wednesday through his official Twitter page.
He wrote: "All confirmed: tonight Miguel Pinho (#BrunoFernandes'agent) will be in England to discuss the Bruno's deal to #ManchesterUnited.
"They have a telephone agreement by €6M a year plus bonuses. Now have to decide the strategy and offer for Sporting. #transfers #MUFC #mutd."
We had reported that Man United have entered the race to sign Sporting star, Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes was among a three-man shortlist that Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, wants to sign this summer.
Solskjaer is eager to bolster his squad ahead of next season after his side finished the season in the sixth position on the English Premier League (EPL) table.
Fernandes scored 32 goals and provided 18 assists in 53 appearances for Sporting last season.
