Transfer: Rojo takes final decision on future with Man United after talks with Solskjaer

Manchester United defender, Marcos Rojo, has finally decided to stay at Old Trafford next season after discussing with manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Rojo, who made just six appearances for the Red Devils this season due to injury, was expected to be among the players Solskjaer will sell this summer's transfer window.

But the Argentine has now disclosed that Solskjaer wants him to stay at Man United for another season.

The 29-year-old's current contract at Man United will expire in 2021.

"For now, continue with United," Rojo told El Dia.

"I talked to the coach before the holidays and what he planned to do with me.

"He told me that he had me in mind; that I'm in an important player, that he was going to take me into account and that he wanted me to recover well so he could count on me in the first team.

"Now to rest, be with my family before returning to England."
