Real's Raphael Varane and Liverpool's Virgil Van Dijk hold the the central-defensive role while Luka Modric and Chelsea's duo of N'Golo Kante and Eden Hazard will man the three-man midfield.

Madrid duo Marcelo and Ramos were part of Zinedine Zidane's squad that won a third consecutive Champions League title.

On the other hand, the most expensive defender in the world Van Dijk, had a stunning year with Liverpool, leading them to the Champions League final and topping the table.
