NFF make big statement on the future of Victor Moses with the Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation have confirmed that Chelsea winger Victor Moses is eager to make a return to the Super Eagles ahead of the 2019 African Cup of Nations.

Victor Moses announced his retirement from international football after the Super Eagles' campaign at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

And while speaking on Channels TV on Friday night, NFF president Amaju Pinnick made it clear that he is in touch with Victor Moses over a possible return to the Super Eagles.

The 46-year-old Nigerian football chief added that he will hold a meeting with the forward and his representatives in two weeks time to talk things over.

"With all due respect to Nigerians, I am talking with Victor Moses because I believe he is somebody who has paid his dues and you don't just leave Nigeria unceremoniously and I told him that.

''I talk to him everyday and I made him understand the reason why he should return. He is very eager, very very eager, but he still want to talk to me.

''Even if you say I'm begging him, I don't mind,''
Pinnick explained while speaking on Channels.
