Sarri singles out one Chelsea player for praise after 4-0 win over PAOK

Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri has singled out forward, Callum Hudson-Odoi for praise after the Blues' 4-0 win over PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday.

Goals from Olivier Giroud (2), Callum Hudson-Odoi (1) and Alvaro Morata (1) ensured victory for Maurizio Sarri's side at Stamford Bridge.

Sarri singled out Hudson-Odoi, who earned his first start for Chelsea in this campaign.

The Italian gaffer said that the 18-year-old played very well, adding that the match suited his person.

"I think that Hudson-Odoi played very well but the type of match suited his characteristics," Sarri was quoted by Metro UK as saying at post-match.

"They had ten men after seven minutes. "He is able to play well in this and I want to see him when we have to play more in the defensive phase.

"The goal will give him confidence, like Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata. I am very happy with this. Two strikers scored and that is very important."

Chelsea will now tackle Fulham this weekend in the Premier League fixture.
