Joy for Sarri as Chelsea set to hand superstar new deal following his impressive start to the season

FA Cup champions Chelsea have reportedly concluded plans to hand Antonio Rudiger an improved deal.
The German star has been superb for the Blues since the start of this Premier League season - featuring in all nine matches so far with a goal to his credit.
He currently earns £100,000 per week in his present deal with the Stamford Bridge side which expires in the summer of 2022.

Daily Mail however reports that the defender's representative are planning to meet with the Blues chiefs over his side's new deal.
Rudiger's paring with David Luiz has earned the west London side solid partnership in all competitions this term.
Chelsea failed to tie Thibaut Courtois down but are doing all they can to extend Eden Hazard's stay at the club.

Goalkeeper Courtois joined Real Madrid earlier this summer following a long-running contract dispute, while Hazard is entering the final 18 months of his deal and is still to be formally offered new terms.

Chelsea want to avoid similar uncertainty with Rudiger, who is quickly establishing himself as key member of Maurizio Sarri's regime.
