Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah looked gloomy while returning home from last weekend's African Cup of Nations victory over Swaziland.
The 26-year-old was on the scores sheet as his national team Egypt cruised to 4-1 win over their counterpart in the fixture.
He scored his side's fourth goal in the 45th minute - after goals from Ahmed El Mohamady, Amr Warda and Trezeguet had given them the lead in the first half.
The former Chelsea and Roma forward however limped off the pitch after picking up an injury in the game.
According to SunSport, Salah had to travel back to Anfield early to commence treatment as he hopes to return to action soon.
He posted two gloomy-looking pictures after the injury which might sideline him from action depending on his diagnosis.
The Egyptian forward scored 42 goals in his debut season at his present club - winning the PFA Premier League award and other prizes.
