Head coach of the Libyan national senior football team Adel Amrouche has reportedly resigned his position with the country's football governing body.
This comes four days to their 2019 AFCON clash with the Super Eagles of Nigeria which is expected to be played at the Godswill Akpabio stadium in Uyo.
According to the reports gathered the inability of the Libyan Football Federation chiefs to pay Amrouche's six months salaries masterminded his decision to leave.

Libya are currently topping Group E in the 2019 AFCON qualifiers with 4 points after two games played, and they need to avoid a defeat against Nigeria on Saturday for them to have a chance.
