Brazilian superstar Neymar has surprisingly ruled himself out of the 2018 Ballon d'Or award naming Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Mbappe as the three players who have the chance.
Despite not considering himself for the annual award, the Paris-Saint-Germain star also ruled out the possibility of Real Madrid superstar Luka Modric winning it.
Already, the Croatia international has won the UEFA and FIFA best player award this year, and many sport pundits and football lovers believe Modric would also win the Ballon d'Or.
Neymar has finished third on two occasions, but doesn't think he has a chance of claiming the highly-coveted award this year.
When asked who will win it, he told AS: "I would say, Ronaldo, Messi and Mbappe."
Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi have won the Ballon d'Or five times, but Frenchman Kylian Mbappe is just building a CV for his career.
At 19, Kylian Mbappe has already won the FIFA World Cup title and this is the only trophy Ronaldo and Messi have not lifted in their careers.
