I Will Never Return to PDP - Obasanjo Speaks After Closed-door Meeting with Makarfi

While speaking with journalists after he met with the PDP National Caretaker, Senator Ahmed Makarfi, behind closed-doors, former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, on Tuesday, vowed never to return to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

According to PUNCH newspaper, the meeting was held at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital, which lasted for one hour.

The former president afterwards said, "I will never return to the PDP, just like a dog would never return to its vomit."
