A man narrowly escaped death after he managed to jump out in time before a truck carrying chippings lost control and rammed into his motorcycle along Eke Okigwe Market Road Okigwe Municipality.
According to an eyewitness, the truck driver was allegedly being chased by soldiers for failing to 'settle' them.
