Pastor Detained For Defiling Two Teenage Girls In Delta

A 29 year old Pastor named Cletus Metititri, has been arrested by the Delta state police for allegedly defiling two teenage girls.
The State Commissioner of Police, Mr Zanna Ibrahim, disclosed the development on Tuesday saying the cleric was arrested in Obiaruku, Ukwuani Local Government Area of the state.

Ibrahim said the suspect is a pastor in a new generational church (name withheld) was alleged to have defiled the girls, who are less than 16 years.

The PUNCH learnt that medical examination of the underage girls revealed that the teenagers were actually sexually molested.

The CP added,

"On Sunday, the 6th of August 2017, at about 9.10pm, one Pastor Olomu Friday, 45 years old of Back of Filling Station, Obiaruku reported that his two daughters were sexually assaulted by the suspect (Pastor Cletus).

He stated that he was informed by his son, Olomu Chris, 22 years, that he saw the said Pastor Cletus and the two girls coming out from an empty flat in their compound in a suspicious manner.

"The suspect was arrested and doctors' report has indicated that the victims were sexually assaulted. Further investigation into the case is ongoing", he further added.
