According to her father, Elo was found in an orphange home in Benin city in Edo state. He said after her photo went viral last week, a lady called him that he saw a little girl that looked like Elo in an orphange in Benin city.
He then had a video call with Elo and confirmed that she was indeed his daughter. He said he would be in Edo state tomorrow to meet with her.
