A woman was forced to put on an humiliating tag and was publicly disgraced after she was caught red-handed stealing expensive wines in a shopping mall.
A Facebook user who shared the photo but didn't give the location of where it occurred, said it happened yesterday as the woman was made to put on 'I am a thief' tag on her body while being paraded with the stolen drinks.
