A man ran mad in broad daylight in Owerri, the Imo state capital in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to a facebook user, Henry Nnamdi, who posted photos of the man wrote;

Meanwhile, some users, reacting to the news, called on this newly installed commissioner for happiness and couple's fulfilment, Mrs. Ogechi Ololo (nee Okorocha) to get into the situation and leave no stone unturned in solving it, since it was her office handling matters of such. LOL
