Ahead of 2019 the Atiku Abubakar National Youth Organization (ANYO) has declared that only God gives powers and can stop Atiku from realizing his presidential ambition, according to a report by Leadership has report.
This was the view of the National Secretary of Atiku National Youth Organization, Samuel Tiku who stated this while reacting to a statement credited to former president Olusegun Obasanjo during a meeting with some interest groups in Abuja
Tiku reminded people that power comes from God adding that Nigerian youths are watching events in Nigeria with rapt attention on the activities and action of some past leaders.
According to the scribe of the organization, it is only God that has the power to scuttle ones ambition. "How long and how many times would the former vice President apologize to his former boss," Tiku questioned, adding that what becomes of Atiku in 2019 lies on God and other Nigerian voters'
He said Nigerian youth are encouraged to support the former vice president because of his disposition to their plight and other Nigerians, we must do all within our power to ensure that Atiku Abubakar realizes his ambition in 2019.
Tiku who lamented that President Muhammadu buhari has wasted the goodwill that Nigerians gave him in 2015 maintained that the Atiku policy and program has shown that he will not forget the youth like other administration if given the mandate by ensuring that the youth are involved in the running of the county.
He noted that the decision by Atiku returning to PDP is for public interest, divine intervention and a blessing not only to PDP but to all Nigerians.
The youth leader how ever cautioned PDP against party wranglings, imposition and impunity that bedeviled the party in 2015 and challenged them to work together towards capturing powers at all levels in 2019.
"It is only natural that Atiku is given the opportunity to consolidated on the gains so far made in enthroning genuine democracy and putting the nations economy on the part of economic growth by PDP.
"We are going to mobilized both party and non party members to support Atiku in 2019," Tiku declared.
