The nurse who did not understand why her boyfriend gave a lift to Agyapong, pursued the victim to her house and bit off her lower lip.
The victim was immediately rushed to the Kwesimintsim Government Hospital, but doctors on duty said the cells in the detached part had died, hence could not be stitched back to the mouth. The matter has since been reported to the Police.
The police is however yet to arrest the lady, and it was gathered that Beatrice who was at the hospital since Friday when the incident happened, was recently treated for ulcer and was thus advised by doctors to adopt the habit of eating early to avoid complications.
