Man United join Real Madrid, Barcelona in tough battle to sign 17-year-old superstar

Rennes youngster Eduardo Camavinga has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for the trio of Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

The 17-year-old midfielder has been superb for the French club since he broke into the first squad and he is also being monitored by Juventus.

And despite the widespread interest from all these clubs, RMC are reporting that negotiations between the player's representatives has not began.

Last summer, Eduardo Camavinga signed a new deal with Rennes which will keep him up at the club until the year 2022.

But the report added that Rennes' chiefs are ready to keep the 17-year-old star at the club regardless of any amount they get for his signing.

With the season all over the world currently suspended, Rennes sit third in Ligue 1 and are on course for a Champions League spot this term.

If they eventually qualify for the Champions League, then they will like to keep Eduardor so as for him to help the club on the continent.
