Angry Lampard vows to replace chelsea star in January despite Blues paying world record for him $79.6m for him

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is in search of a replacement for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga during the January transfer window.

According to a report on Bleacher Report, Lampard is not satisfied with Arrizabalaga's performances this season as the Spaniard has conceded 37 goals already with a save percentage of 56%.

Lampard was largely disappointed at the manner Kepa conceded against Bournemouth as he rushed out of his line allowing Dan Gosling to lob the ball over his head and into the net while backing the post.

The former Athletic Bilbao star moved to the Stamford Bridge for a goalkeeper record transfer fee of £71.6million in 2018 but is yet to create a proper impact for his team.

His antics on the pitch, such as loose passes and the disobedience from the Carabao Cup final in February, when he refused to be substituted, have created more headlines than his performances on the pitch.
