Champions League: Manchester United's squad against Barcelona revealed (Full list)

The Manchester United squad to face Barcelona in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final has been revealed.

Former Arsenal ace, Alexis Sanchez returns to United's travelling squad to face Barcelona in Camp Nou having recovered from injury.

Sanchez been out due to the knee ligament damage he sustained in the home win against Southampton in the league on March 2.

The Chilean arrived at Manchester Airport with the rest of the squad on Monday morning as they prepared to fly to Spain.

United will need to stage another impressive comeback against Barcelona after Luke Shaw's own goal last Wednesday night gave the Catalan giants the edge in the tie.

Former Chelsea star, Nemanja Matic also travelled with the squad so could be available again for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer having missed United's last three games.

Ashley Young missed the win against West Ham at the weekend through suspension but is available for Tuesday night's clash.

Another player who has missed the trip is midfielder, Ander Herrera, who has only played two out of United's last nine games in all competitions.

"Nemanja will travel with us definitely," Solskjaer told Manchester Evening News.

"Ander won't, he is out for a little while."

Solskjaer insisted on not using that infamous night in Barcelona in 1999 in his team talk.

"No I won't because it was against Bayern Munich, it was a final, it was different," Solskjaer replied when asked whether he will speak to his players about the 1999 comeback.

"We will use the PSG (match), we will use Juventus away, we have beaten some good teams away from home this year, and played against some great players.

"We had (Barcelona) flustered at times here as well. Yes, they controlled the game towards the end, they had the possession but they never really bothered us in our own half."

United squad vs Barcelona:

Goalkeepers: De Gea, Romero, Grant.

Midfielders: McTominay, Matic, Fred, Pereira, McTominay, Pereira, Pogba, Lingard, Mata.
