Arsenal ready to offload 1 superstar at the end of the ongoing Premier League season

Premier League giants, Arsenal, are reportedly considering cashing in on Alexandre Lacazette at the end of the ongoing season.

This is despite the Frenchman's startling form in the ongoing campaign that has seen him score 12 goals in 33 appearances for the Gunners.

According a UK Metro report citing Football. London, Arsenal are seeking to reinvest proceeds from Lacazette's sale in other key areas of the squad.

The Emirates outfit is understood to be in desperate need of a centre-back this summer to solve the club's defensive woes.

However, the club's financial constraints cannot allow them land top signings, forcing them to cash in on squad members.

With a top four finish likely to boost Arsenal's financial muscles, Unai Emery may further fancy winning the Europa League title.

At just 27 years of age, Arsenal could command a good fee for Lacazette who moved to Emirates from Lyon in a fee of around £52 million.

He has started 18 League matches this season, forming a terrific partnership with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who Emery favors up front.
