Paul Pogba reveals Solskjaer's secret weapon to success at Manchester United

Paul Pogba insists interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's exciting personality is one of the main reason that have helped in turning Manchester United season around.

According to Metro citing The Sun, Solskjaer, who assumed duty as interim boss mid-December following Jose Mourinho axe has seen Man United claim 10 wins, a draw and a defeat after 12 fixtures so far.

Interestingly, Solskjaer's coming has helped Pogba in rediscovering form, with the French World Cup winner netting three times in four of his last matches.

"Ole has helped me a lot, just like he's helped all the players," Pogba was quoted as saying by The Sun.

"He just brings this happiness, this joy, to us all. 'As an ex-United player he knows the culture, he knows everything about the club and he knows how to talk to the players as well. So it has really been a big help for me.

"It has been great to see all the players enjoying it, all playing and working together - and winning together.

"That's what we want because we had a hard start this season. We have gained a bit and are coming back but there is still a lot more to do and we have to keep going," Pogba added.

The Red Devils will square up against Chelsea in an FA Cup fifth round showdown at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
