Tension as Chelsea star reveals when Maurizio Sarri will be sacked

A member of Chelsea squad has reportedly revealed that Maurizio Sarri is likely to be fired if the Stamford Bridge dwellers suffer another defeat against Man City in the Carabao Cup final.

According to Metro citing Daily Mail report, morale is at its lowest ebb at Chelsea, with squad member convinced the Italian manager is close to being shown the exit doors eight months of his arrival at Chelsea.

.At the moment, Sarri is under intense pressure at Stamford Bridge after poor start to 2019, with Chelsea suffering two heavy defeats to Bournemouth and Manchester City.

The Blues will battle the Citizens again in the Carabao Cup final on February 24, and one Chelsea star player told his agent this week that Sarri that is on the verge of being sacked that the game.

The player further explained that that if the Italian tactician suffers defeat in both the City clash and the FA Cup cracker with Man United at Stamford Bridge on Monday night his sack-letter will be rubber-stamped.

Interestingly, Chelsea will play host to Man United during in the fifth round fixture of the FA Cup, before heading to Wembley to battle Pep Guardiola's Man City.

Already, reports are emerging that the 60-year-old Sarri is no longer in control of his dressing room, with Chelsea players no longer happy training under the Italian tactician.

Surprisingly, the Sarri had a fantastic 12-game unbeaten run as Chelsea manager, but the Blues have stumbled to three defeats in four Premier League fixtures.

But the 6-0 bashing by Man City have seen the west London side lose fourth spot to Manchester United.

Presently, Chelsea are sixth on the EPL log, same points with Arsenal, but it seems Blues fans should be expecting a new boss if poor results continue coming.
