Victor Moses and 1 other Chelsea star appear at training ground of another top EPL club

Nigeria's Victor Moses alongside Danny Drinkwater are closing in on a move away from Stamford Bridge this winter transfer window.

According to a UK Daily Star citing Love Sport Radio report, Moses and Drinkwater are expected to complete a switch across London in the coming days, after paying a visit to Fulham.

The duo are surplus to requirement since the arrival of Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri in the summer.

Moses was an important squad member under ex-boss Antonio Conte but his future now is certainly not at West London.

On the other hand, Drinkwater has failed to clique after his £35m switch from Leicester, but the midfielder has struggled to regain his form.

The report further that Chelsea captain Gary Cahill is also linked with the Cottagers.

Interestingly, Arsenal were repeatedly linked with 33-year-old Drinkwater, who are in the market for defensive back up after injury to important squad members.

But Arsenal chiefs appear no longer interested in the deal which has left former Gunners defender Rhys Weston unhappy.

"If they're going to bring someone in now, who is there?" Weston was quoted as saying during Ian Stone's Comedy Breakfast.

"The only person that really stands out is someone like Gary Cahill at Chelsea.

"He could potentially slot straight in and not need any time to bed in.

"There seems to be this trend with Arsenal bringing in young, continental centre-backs who need time to acclimatize," he stressed.

The Gunners tackle the Hammers in a London derby on Saturday.

On the other hand, Chelsea will play host to Newcastle at Stamford Bridge, hoping to return to winning after Tuesday's defeat by Tottenham.
