Sarri sends urgent message to Morata after scoring a braceagainst Crystal Palace

Chelsea boss Maurizio believes Blues forward Alvaro Morata still needs to improve his game despite netting a brace against Crystal Palace in Sunday 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge.

The Premier League victory saw the Blues move up to second spot on the log above Liverpool on goal difference.

According to UK Sun report citing BBC, Sarri insists the Spaniard, who has four goals to his name in current EPL campaign, must improve his mentality going forward.

"I'm really happy for Alvaro. He has improved a lot over the last month.

"He's also made improvements from a technical and tactical point of view.

"He has great potential, but he needs to improve more in terms of his confidence and personality.

"Sometimes he is a little bit fragile, but the technical potential is very good," Sarri told BBC Sport.

Responding further, the Italian could not make an outright claim, if Morata could emerge one of the top strikers in the world.

"I don't know if he can be.

"Potentially he can, of course. There is plenty of talent there.

"But he knows he needs to improve and perform more consistently for us,"Sarri submitted.
