Real Madrid defender Marcelo has reportedly told the club's president Florentino Perez that he wants to leave the club in January 2019 for a move to Italian club Juventus.
The 30-year-old Brazilian left full-back has spent over a decade at the Santiago Bernabeu and he is said to be eyeing a reunion with Cristiano Ronaldo at Turin next year.
Since Ronaldo left Real Madrid for a move to Juventus, he is said to have been having a superb communication with Marcelo, and the Brazilian wants to join his pal at the Old Lady.
According to the report by Tuttosport which was made available by UK Mirror, Marcelo is ready to force a move out of Real Madrid when the January 2019 transfer window opens.
The report also added that his agent has met Real Madrid chiefs over the possible move of Marcelo to Juventus in January.
Alex Sandro is said to be on the verge of leaving the Old Lady next year, and Juventus are reportedly ready to make the move to sign Marcelo as his replacement.
