Reigning Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona have made it clear that there is no plan to bring back Brazilian football star Neymar to the club in January.
There have been news since last week that Neymar is tired of playing in France and wants to make a return to Barcelona next year.
Neymar is said to be unmotivated in France, and regretted leaving Barcelona for PSG during the last year summer.
But Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu explained to El Mati de Catalunya Radio that Neymar will not return to the club.
''Neymar left and is not expected to return to Barca, there are no plans to bring him back.
''No one is scheduled to be signed in January, unless we are told something that would see a change in plans.
''This is a smaller squad because there are B players who have given strong signals that they can be in the first team,'' the 55-year-old explained.
The superb performances of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe this season at PSG have overshadowed Neymar's big money move to Paris and reportedly wants to reunite with Messi and Suarez.
